Mindful Minutes ("we," "our," or "us") is a meditation, journaling, and mood-tracking application designed to support mindfulness and emotional well-being. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application handles information when you use our service.

Mindful Minutes is published by VybeTech Labs LLC.

Information We Collect

We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. All personal data you create inside the app stays on your device only.

Specifically, we do not collect:

• Name, email, phone number, or any personal identifiers

• Location data

• Photos, camera access, or media files

• Contacts or social media information

• Analytics or tracking data

• Any data stored in your journal or mood entries

You may choose to contact us directly, in which case your email address is visible to us for support purposes only.

Data You Enter in the App (Stored Locally Only)

The following information is saved locally on your device and never transmitted to us:

• Mood ratings and mood history

• Journal entries

• Meditation timers, session logs, and timestamps

• App preferences (themes, sound options, reminders, etc.)

We do not upload, store, or process this information on any server owned or controlled by VybeTech Labs.

Automatically Collected Information

Mindful Minutes may receive limited, anonymized technical information that is automatically provided by Google Play or Apple, such as:

• Device model

• Operating system version

• App version

• Anonymous crash reports (if enabled on your device)

These reports do not contain personal data and are used only to improve app stability.

How We Use Information

Any information you provide within the app is used only to:

• Display your meditation and mood progress

• Provide app features such as tracking, journaling, and reminders

• Improve app performance

• Process in-app purchases through Google Play or the Apple App Store

We do not use data for advertising, tracking, or profiling.

Data Storage and Security

All personal data is stored solely on your device.

• We do not operate any cloud servers for Mindful Minutes

• No personal data is ever transmitted to VybeTech Labs

• Communication with app stores uses secure, encrypted protocols (HTTPS)

• Your data may be encrypted automatically by your device system (iOS/Android)

Device-level backups (Google Drive or iCloud) are controlled entirely by Google or Apple, not by VybeTech Labs.

• Business transfer (merger, acquisition, etc.)
  If such an event occurs, users will be notified.

Your Rights and Choices

You have full control over your data at all times.

You may:

• Delete individual entries

• Clear all app data using the in-app “Clear Data” option

• Uninstall the app, which permanently deletes all stored data

• Export your data (for premium subscribers)

We do not retain any copy of your data.

Children’s Privacy

Mindful Minutes is intended for users aged 13 and older.

We do not knowingly collect or store information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us and we will take immediate action to delete the data from the device (if applicable).

International Users

Mindful Minutes is available globally.
Because all personal data is stored locally on your device, your data never leaves your country and remains governed by your local privacy laws.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. When changes are made:

• The "Effective Date" will be updated

• Significant changes may be announced within the app

Continued use of Mindful Minutes means you accept the updated policy.
