Permissions We Use

Camera Permission

• Purpose: Used solely for optical character recognition (OCR) to extract text from screenshots

• Scope: Images used for OCR are processed in memory only; no files are ever written to storage.

• Storage: No images are saved, stored, or transmitted anywhere

Internet Permission

• Purpose: To send text (not images) to OpenAI's API for toxicity analysis and response suggestions

• Data Sent: Only the text you choose to analyze (never images or personal information)

• Third Party: OpenAI processes text according to their privacy policy at https://openai.com/privacy

How We Use Information

1. Text Analysis: Text you submit is sent to OpenAI's API for analysis

2. Local Processing: All app functionality occurs on your device

3. No Storage: We never store your messages, analysis results, or any other data

In-App Purchases

• Premium Upgrade: All purchases are handled through your device’s app store (Google Play Billing or Apple App Store); we do not receive or store your payment information.

• No Additional Data: Purchasing premium does not involve additional data collection

Data Security

• Local Processing: All data processing happens on your device

• Encrypted Transmission: API calls to OpenAI use secure HTTPS encryption

• No Data Retention: We have no servers or databases storing user information

Third-Party Services

OpenAI API:

• We use OpenAI's API for text analysis

• Text you analyze is subject to OpenAI's privacy policy

• No images or personal information is shared with OpenAI

Google Play Services:

• In-app purchases are handled by Google Play Store

• Subject to Google's privacy policy

Children's Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is intended for general audiences to improve communication patterns.
